The Best Way to Lose Weight

For the last few months, I was really busy with my work and could not take much care of my health, the result -- my waist size became 31 from 30 inches. My trousers size has become 31, and this is why, I don’t feel comfortable wearing them anymore. Well, it is definitely not a practical approach to buy new trousers and dump all the oldies, but it is absolutely a pragmatic approach to reduce one inch of my waistline.  I am taking the help of the Internet to find some good weight loss ideas; if you like those ideas then you can follow them as well. The basic formula to lose weight is to consume less calories and burn more, but is it as simple as it seems? Absolutely not, there are several factors associated with weight loss and you need to keep any eye on every subtle factor.

Breakfast: many people think that skipping morning meal can help shed some body fat, which is absolutely a wrong concept. Morning meal is very important to start body metabolism, so never skip the same, as it can drastically affect the whole body.

Walking: We all just plan and never stick to them – it is said that if you follow a routine strictly for about 15 days continuously, it becomes a habit. Walking is also one of the best physical activities that requires a bit of passion and dedication from your side. I guarantee that if you start taking a walk for about 15 days, you will love it like anything.

Food: This is again one of the most crucial factors that need to be considered wisely. There are many food items that need to be discarded from your diet – say no to junk foods. In addition, do not eat foods containing high fat content such as chesses, butter, and milk products to name but only a few. It is somewhat difficult to stay away from these food items, but to gain something, comprising on something is not bad at all.

I assure you all that I will continue writing on the same topic in my coming blog post, so stay tuned.

How to Keep Your Skin Glowing?

We use many lotions, and creams from different brands, but do we really achieve that glowing skin we had always desired for? The answer is absolutely not. Well, it is not something, which is unachievable, however, what one needs is a proper guidance. Here in this blog post, I am trying to make your effort a bit possible and achievable, so read the blog carefully.

Understand Your Skin Type:

The most fundamental thing about skin is its structure, which is made of three layers namely, the epidermis, which is the outermost and most exposed layer, the middle layer containing new cells and finally the innermost subcutaneous layer that contains blood vessels, fat cells and hair follicles. Now the question is what needs to be done to achieve a glowing and healthy skin? There must be some action plan to achieve the same.

Your Action Plan:

·        ·         Skin cleanser and toner should be used for individuals using makeup every day.

·         Use moisturizer cream containing high SPF (Sun Protection Factor) percentage to protect your soft skin from UV rays.

·         Market is flooded with moisturizer creams, but check ingredients before you buy the same. If a brand contains high SPF then only it is beneficial for your skin.

·         Everyone knows the ill effects of cigarettes especially for lungs, but it also affects your skin and causes aging.

·         It is interesting to note that physical exercise can help you look 10 years younger than your present age.

·         Eating just for the sake of gratifying your tummy is not a good thought; you should eat things, which are useful for your health and skin.

Many men and women do stick to the above action plan for a week and expect some miracle to happen quickly, and if they don’t find much difference, they finally give up. This is absolutely not done, you cannot expect something so quickly – stick to your action plan for at least two months and you will definitely feel the difference – this is my promise.
